El trabajo destaca que durante el &uacute;ltimo mes de 2010 el salario real promedio en t&eacute;rminos del precio de un metro cuadrado de vivienda a estrenar present&oacute; un incremento anual de 5,3 por ciento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm 0.0001pt; line-height: 15pt; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm 0.0001pt; line-height: 15pt; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" lang=\"ES\">Entre otros datos, agrega adem&aacute;s que el poder adquisitivo, seg&uacute;n los precios inmobiliarios en distintos barrios de la ciudad, alcanz&oacute; para adquirir un 44% del valor del m2 de una vivienda nueva en la zona norte, mientras que en otras &aacute;reas de menor valor inmobiliario, tales como Caballito o Almagro, dicho porcentaje se acerc&oacute; al 55 por ciento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm 0.0001pt; line-height: 15pt; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" lang=\"ES\">Por &uacute;ltimo, para la oferta de viviendas en venta, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm 0.0001pt; line-height: 15pt; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" lang=\"ES\">el mercado<\/span><span style=\"color: #111111;\" lang=\"ES\"> mostr&oacute; para diciembre una merma interanual del 3,99%, mientras que para los alquileres el porcentaje disminuy&oacute; en un 27% respecto de diciembre &uacute;ltimo, acompa&ntilde;ando una tendencia que se evidenci&oacute; durante todo el a&ntilde;o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 11.25pt 0cm 0.0001pt; line-height: 15pt; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\" lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto de Econom&iacute;a de la Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) dio a conocer la base de datos del sector de la construcci&oacute;n y del mercado inmobiliario 2010.
